Three Stages.
One Clear Path.
Each Forgemind course is a stage in the same progression. You start where you are, work through a defined scope, and finish with something built.
Back to HomeHow the Forgemind Method Works
Every course follows the same structure: short concept introductions, followed by exercises that ask you to apply what you have just read, followed by a project or submission that a mentor reviews. The pattern repeats across each stage of the curriculum.
This is deliberate. Skills in AI development — writing clean Python, training and evaluating models, debugging data pipelines — require repeated practice under feedback, not just passive study. The method is built around that reality.
Read a short concept
Introductions are concise — enough to understand the task, not a lecture.
Complete a hands-on exercise
You write code, run experiments, or build something small that applies the concept.
Submit work for mentor review
A named mentor reads your submission and responds with specific written feedback.
Revise and move forward
Take the feedback into account, then continue to the next stage of the curriculum.
Forging the Basics
A foundational course building core programming and problem-solving skills through steady, hands-on practice. Includes guided exercises and supportive mentor feedback. A solid starting point for newcomers willing to put in the work.
- Python syntax, data structures, and control flow
- Problem decomposition and algorithmic thinking
- Working with files, APIs, and basic data manipulation
- Guided exercises reviewed by a named mentor
- Small portfolio project produced at course end
Shaping Models
A project-based course on building and refining machine-learning models, with attention to careful evaluation and iteration. Includes code reviews and a portfolio project. Best once the fundamentals are in place.
- Supervised and unsupervised learning approaches
- Model evaluation — metrics, cross-validation, bias-variance
- Feature engineering and data preprocessing pipelines
- Code review on submitted work from a mentor
- Portfolio project: a trained, evaluated, documented model
Master Build Programme
An in-depth programme where learners shape a substantial AI project through repeated practice, mentor sessions, and peer review, ending in a capstone showcase. Includes a course completion record and portfolio review. For dedicated learners.
- Deep learning fundamentals and practical neural network design
- Extended capstone project with structured peer review
- Multiple mentor sessions including a portfolio walkthrough
- Capstone showcase — present finished work to a panel
- Course completion record issued by Forgemind

Standards Shared Across All Courses
Privacy & Data Security
Learner data is handled in accordance with Thai PDPA requirements. We do not share enrolment or personal data with third parties for marketing.
48-Hour Feedback Standard
Submitted exercises and projects receive mentor feedback within two working days. This is a standard we track and maintain actively.
Curriculum Updated Bi-Annually
All course materials are reviewed and updated every six months. Learners who re-enrol or continue to the next stage always work with current content.
Live Q&A Every Week
Weekly live sessions are open to all enrolled learners across all stages. Sessions are recorded and available through the course portal.
Active Learner Community
A structured discussion space connects learners. Participation is optional but encouraged — explaining your thinking to a peer often clarifies it faster than reading alone.
Straightforward Refund Terms
Refund conditions are stated clearly before enrolment. We keep the terms simple and explain them plainly — no surprise clauses.
