6. Legal Basis Under Thai PDPA
Forgemind processes personal data collected via cookies in accordance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Our legal bases are as follows:

- Consent — Analytics, marketing, and preference cookies, each obtained separately and withdrawable at any time

Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form for up to 14 months, in line with Google Analytics standard settings. No individual-level data is retained beyond the session duration.
