Forgemind was founded in Bangkok by a small group of engineers and educators who spent years watching talented people struggle to move from reading about AI to actually applying it. Courses built around lectures and quizzes rarely produced learners who could build things. The gap between knowing and doing stayed wide.
The answer they landed on was simple in principle but demanding in practice: structure learning around projects and make mentors responsible for giving specific, written feedback on each piece of work. Exercises without feedback are just guessing. Projects without review produce ingrained bad habits. Forgemind was set up to remove both problems.
Since opening, the school has worked with learners from across Southeast Asia and beyond — people switching fields, engineers deepening their skills, and recent graduates building their first substantial project. The approach has stayed consistent: clear stages, real work, and feedback that actually helps.

How We Keep Standards High
Quality at Forgemind is measured by whether learners can apply what they have studied, not by completion numbers.
Curriculum Review Cycle
Course content is reviewed every six months. Where the field moves, the curriculum follows — keeping exercises relevant to tools and practices that are actually in use.
Written Feedback Standards
Mentors follow a structured feedback format for each submission — addressing what works, what needs rethinking, and what to try next. Vague comments are not accepted.
Data Privacy & Protection
Learner data is stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing. We operate in line with Thai PDPA requirements and communicate clearly about what we collect.
Project Submission Integrity
Portfolio projects and capstone work are assessed for genuine understanding. We encourage iteration and questions — and reviewers are trained to spot work that does not reflect the learner's own thinking.
Responsive Learner Support
Questions submitted through the learner portal receive a response within two working days. Live Q&A sessions run weekly and are recorded for those who cannot attend in real time.
Honest Outcome Communication
We describe what our courses cover and what completing them produces. We do not make claims about specific career outcomes — learning is the work you do, and we support that work as clearly as we can.
AI Development Education That Respects the Work
Forgemind sits in Bangkok and works with learners across Southeast Asia and internationally. The school focuses on one domain — AI development — and builds all three courses around the same principle: that writing code, building models, and getting specific feedback on both is the path to real competence.
The courses cover Python programming, data handling, machine-learning model construction and evaluation, and the practical skills involved in taking a project from idea to working output.
